All we ask in return is that you verify a domain of your own with SPF and DKIM before the first send. It is not red tape: it is what stops a free account being used to send spam in someone else's name, and what keeps healthy the reputation of the IPs you share with other customers.

Go over your quota and we do not cut you off. Overage is billed at €0.50 per additional 1,000 emails, prorated onto your next invoice for the service.
Every plan also has a safety cap well above its quota. It is there to stop a loop in your code or leaked credentials, not to limit you: if you reach it we warn you before anything is stopped.
On Scale the sending IP is dedicated. Past half a million emails a month your reputation stops depending on what everyone else sends: the IP is yours alone, and we stay with you the first few weeks while it warms up.
To give you a sense of the price: those 500,000 emails a month cost €89 here, against the roughly $300 most sending platforms charge for the same volume. Same protocol, same headers; what changes is the bill.

A sandbox that delivers nothing
Every service comes with two environments and separate credentials. The sandbox accepts your email and holds it: nothing reaches an external inbox, so you can test sign-ups with real addresses without worrying.
See every email exactly as it went out
Subject, recipient, headers and the rendered HTML. When a template looks wrong, you check it here instead of forwarding it to yourself.
Guided domain verification
We give you the exact SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to add to your DNS and check them every hour. Until a domain verifies, nothing is sent from it.
SMTP and API credentials
An SMTP username and password to connect from any framework, and an API key if you would rather send over HTTP. Production and sandbox have their own.
Delivery, open and click stats
How many emails went out, how many were delivered and what share was opened or clicked. With this month's usage against your quota, so overage never catches you by surprise.
Automatic bounce list
Addresses that bounce permanently are set aside on their own and stop being retried, and you can see every one of them: if a customer tells you their inbox is fixed, you unblock it in one click. It is what keeps your sending reputation healthy without you doing anything.
We publish the DNS for you
If the domain is hosted with us there is nothing to copy: press a button and we publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC in your zone. It is the step where most people get stuck, and here it simply does not exist.
